Introduction:
You have been hired by a local news team to help conduct interviews for an investigative report on fast food and physical activity perceptions. The individuals you interview love to eat fast food and eat it everyday. Your job is to investigate belief systems concerning food choices to separate the facts from the fallacies!
The Task:
Each of the individuals were interviewed in response to questions concerning respond to the their daily nutrition and exercise practices. Your task is to watch the video of the first interview and record a dietary and exercise log of daily habits. Once you record their log, you will evaluate their belief system concerning whether their statement was a fact or fallacy. However, you will need to have more than just your word. Each statement contains a link that will assist you in providing data to provide advice to the individual.
The Process:
Watch the following video of a client interview. Using the sheet below record their dietary intake and exercise levels. Then visit the Calories per hour link and investigate their responses. In the comment section list your summary opinion concerning the clients diet and physical activity behaviors. Provide data, advice and recommendations for improving the persons health.
